    2. Order Process:

      • Review the cart and provide delivery and payment information.

  4. Delivery Policy

    2. Delivery Times: Products are typically delivered within 3 working days from confirmation.
    3. Delivery Costs: Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout and are payable by the Client.
    4. Failed Deliveries: After two failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned, and the Client may be charged for return costs.
  5. Returns and Refunds
    1. Right to Cancel:
      • Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Clients have 14 calendar days to return Products without providing a reason.
